Event Description

SUPER GRAND PRIX: This is very similar to the Grand Prix event, but with increased duration at each stage. Between 16 and 60 participants can race over three stages. Firstly, opening heats comprise five heats of five laps each. Points are awarded according to each driver's finishing position, and the best 12 drivers are divided between two semi-final heats, each of six laps. The top six finishers (three from each heat) go through to a 10-lap final.

Light refreshments are available from our selection of vending machines. Catering is available on request.

The itinerary for the event is as follows:

  1. Selection of race suits, helmets, gloves and balaclavas.
  2. Circuit walk.
  3. Briefing, safety instruction and kart familiarisation.
  4. Practice Laps.
  5. Heats.
  6. Semi-finals.
  7. Finals.
  8. Presentation of trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers.

You'll need to be aged 16 or over to race in this event.

Please note that due to the structure of the event, a minimum of 16 drivers is required.

You'll need to wear a pair of strong, practical shoes to race. Trainers are ideal. All other equipment, including overalls, driving gloves and a helmet, will be provided for you.
